Safe and open to all stages of pregnancy, this series of classes will involve gentle yoga poses meant to make more space in the body (and mind) for you and your growing baby. Relaxtion included as well! No previous yoga experience needed.
$10 per class drop in or $25 for all three weeks (Oct. 1, 8, and 15).
