Yoga for Back Pain: Relieve aches, pains, tension and stress our day-to-day lives can create. Find release through movement. 

Join Megan Arrington-Williams 200RYT for this series focused on back pain. Students will learn poses to practice at home, at their desks or in the car to maintain the foundation established through this class.

This series will begin on March 28th and go through the entire month of April. It will be taught during Megan's Hippy! class on Tuesdays at 5:45pm-6:45pm.

All levels are welcome. Normal class rates apply.
