End of a Decade Rewind Fitness Class

Don't you wish you could Rewind the Clock and feel like you did 10 Years ago?
With the proper combination of exercises, nutrition and recovery habits you CAN!

With 2019 being the end of a decade I want to coach you to feeling 10 years younger!

Join me January 7th through February 1st 

Why:
1. Learn proper nutrition as "medicine" to fuel your body and burn fat.
2. Add strength training to your regular daily routine (NOTE: Studies show strength training can actually improve your brain function while increasing your muscle mass!)
3. Include High Intensity Interval Training (known as HIIT) into your workout routine (This is actually how we're SUPPOSED to exercise. Again, proven by the research.)
4. Plug into a "Support System" or Community (This single action has been shown to DOUBLE your success rate!)

You will get 3 training sessions per week
Sessions will include resistance training AND HIIT finishers.
